Flour, Margarine, 1 egg,
Yeast, pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon castle sugar, oil for deep frying.
METHOD
1 Sieve flour into a bowl and add sugar
2 Cream yeast with little sugar mixed with milk and beaten egg
3 Make a hole in the centre of flour in the bowl and pour in the liquid
4 Mix together and beat until smooth
5 Cover and put in a warm place to rise for 2 hours
6 Heat the oil and fry mixture in spoonful until golden brown.
